Ouzoud falls excursion

150 km to the west of the city of Marrakech there is the most beautiful site of the Middle Atlas in the province of Azilal: The Ouzoud waterfalls.

 

The Ouzoud waterfalls are the most beautiful and the highest in Morocco. The river fell about 110 meters in a green valley offering a picturesque natural scene especially since we can see a rainbow around the water almost permanently.

 

Fresh air, nice climate and the enchanting beauty of the place makes it a destination you have to visit. We will take you to see a traditional oil mill and a grain mill working with the force of water among many other mills that are still active and which are planted in this area famous for its olive groves and almond trees.

 

You can give yourself the joy of taking a Moroccan Tagine while having feet in the water or drinking a glass of mint tea while observing monkeys that live in the surrounding woods jumping around as you can choose to go to sources of Ouzoud located approximately 6 km from the waterfalls.
