Ouarzazate tour

Day 1: Casablanca Or Marrakech.

Upon your arrival in Casablanca airport or Marrakech airport you will be greeted by your guide who will accompany you throughout your stay in Morocco. Dinner and accommodation in a riad or hotel in Casablanca or Marrakech.

 

Day 2: Casablanca – Ouarzazate ( or Marrakech – Ouarzazate ).

Early in the morning we will take the road to get to Ouarzazate which opens its doors to the large Moroccan desert. You will visit Taourirt Kasbah that was a residence of Bacha Glaoui, you will also visit the Tifoultoute kasbah, cinematographic studios and the famous Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou. The Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou has been designated a world heritage site by UNESCO and was the location of turning several movies that knew a great success such as “Gladiator” and “Lawrence of Arabia”. we will then head towards zagoura through the Atlas Mountains to visit the small sand dunes and oasis of the Sahara Tenfo full of palm trees and where you will enjoy seeing the modest life of the Bedouin, Kasbah and ancient houses of Jews.

 

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Camel trekking.

In the morning we will go to Merzouga. We will pass through a small village called Nkob. Then we will take our lunch in Alnif before continuing to Rissani where we will visit a popular Souk. Arriving at Merzouga we will change our vehicle by a 4×4 and shortly thereafter you will ride a camel for a 2 hours journey to get to the camp between huge sand dunes. It would be a great opportunity to see a breathtaking sunset. The dinner will be accompanied by music and singing of nomads who dance around a burning fire in the camp where you will spend the night in a tent at the foot of the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Your experience in the desert is exceptional and will be unforgettable for you.

 

Day 4: Erfoud – Tinghir – Todgha gorges.

In the morning you will see a great sunrise and you will have your breakfast then you will return by camel to Erfoud to recover the vehicle and continue the tour. You will continue to Boumalen Dades via Rissani and Tinghir. Beautiful landscapes, oases and palm groves to see on the road before reaching the Dades Gorge and Todra gorges. We will have lunch there and then you have the choice to spend your night there or to go to Ouarzazate.

 

Day 5: Ouarzazate – Marrakech.

In the fifth day departure to Marrakech through the High Atlas and the highest pass in Africa at an altitude of 2260m named Tichka. You will admire the spectacular scenery of this region before arriving in Marrakech. Dinner and accommodation in a riad or hotel.

 

Day 6 : Marrakech

A whole day is devoted to visiting the many monuments of Marrakech with a local guide. The tour includes: Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia mosque, the Saadian tombs, the Jewish Quarter “Mellah”, the Menara gardens, the Majorelle Gardens, the souks containing various works of crafts, leather goods, carpets, spices, fabrics and jewelry. In the evening you will have a walk in Jamaa Elfna which is designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, where you will enjoy a unique ambience. An optional evening with dinner at Ali Fantasia. Accommodation in the same hotel or Riad.

 

Day 7: Departure from Casablanca airport or Marrakech airport.

Transfer to Mohamed V airport in Casablanca or Marrakech airport and assistance in procedures before departure. End of service.

This tour may undergo changes depending on the airport of arrival and departure (Casablanca, Marrakech and Agadir).

 

The price includes:
